Bradley R. Carter, MAI, CRE, CCIM
Bradley R. Carter, MAI, CRE, CCIM has been engaged in commercial real estate appraising and counseling since 1990. He has performed appraisals in 48 states, and has been admitted as an expert witness in several Georgia Superior Courts as well as Federal Bankruptcy Court. He has published numerous articles in various real estate, lending and legal journals, developed lender and appraiser training programs, and is a frequent speaker at Appraisal Institute educational programs. He has served in several leadership roles in the Appraisal Institute and The Counselors of Real Estate.

Harris Bo Simpson, MAI
Harris “Bo” Simpson, MAI has been engaged in commercial real estate appraising and counseling since 1989. He has performed appraisals in numerous states, and has been admitted as an expert witness in several Georgia Superior Courts as well as Federal Bankruptcy Court. He has performed a wide variety of special studies for commercial real estate investors, developers and lenders. He has also successfully owned, managed and divested numerous types of real property.
Carolyn C. Sawyer, MAI
Carolyn C. Sawyer, MAI
Carolyn C. Sawyer, MAI graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, and also has an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Georgia State University. She appraises a variety of commercial property types, and has been qualified as an expert witness in court proceedings. Carolyn serves as the Atlanta Area Chapter Appraisal Institute Newsletter Panel Chair. Prior to commercial real estate appraisal, Carolyn’s background was in Landscape Architecture where she collaborated with a variety of real estate professionals managing projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
